Open Pollinator Gardens
Come visit and explore the growing Pollinator Pathway in North Brookline.
Several of our public and private pollinator gardens will be available for viewing
on July 26, 2025, from 3 to 5 pm.

We also have a scavenger hunt activity.
The garden members decided that planting native plants along the fence would be easier to maintain than annuals, more educational for the neighborhood, better for the native insect population, beneficial to our vegetable plants, and as beautiful as a non-native perennial garden.

Native plants line the driveway leading up to a vegetable garden at 27 Osborne Road. Small native plant gardens throughout the neighborhood, in frequent enough locations, provide resting stops with food and shelter for native insects.

A bustling community hub, Coolidge Corner Library now hosts a large native plant pollinator garden, a labor of love by volunteers, offering a peaceful retreat amidst urban life.

A small urban native and vegetable garden in part-sun/part-shade. Even very small pieces of land can house many native plants and help provide food, shelter and nesting ground for our endangered pollinators.
